Main Responsibilities
Create and maintain the Youthfront brand:
- Ensure Youthfront brand standards are being adhered to when necessary.
Content Management for Social Media and E-Blast:
- Work to gather and create content for social media, e-blasts, and blogs
- Create campaign ideas based on upcoming events, incorporating social media with print materials
- Social Media management
- Design, develop and implementation of content/graphics for online marketing campaigns
- Focus on the creative side of online marketing
- Monitor and evaluate the success of internet and email programs
Design all print materials and marketing materials:
- Design of various print, online and electronic materials, including advertisements, flyers, postcards, signage, forms, newsletters, etc.
- Develop the design rationale and explain visual choices to cross-functional teams; express concepts verbally and visually.
- Construct high-quality visual designs—from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and other at a variety of resolutions (icons, graphics, and marketing materials.)
- Please recognize that copy is not just an element of design – read it. Correct it.
- Copywriting a plus
Minor Responsibilities
- Submit Purchase Orders for vendors pertaining to Marketing
- Get new pricing for projects when needed
- Oversee ordering of print materials
- Create a Youthfront portfolio of samples
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing or Liberal Arts/Communications.
- Must be a self-starter and proactive in providing solutions to marketing and design.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in content generation, social media management, marketing support or video editing
- Ability to push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of approaching (and solving) a problem.
- Familiar with HootSuite, Photoshop, MailChimp, InfusionSoft, Video editing software, social media management software, etc-
- Outgoing personality that enjoys customer interactions.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Self-confidence, flexibility and ability to work in team environment.
- Results driven attitude with a hunger for success
