Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Holiday Mart! If you haven’t already, please check out the details of this Christmas at Camp event as it will be much more than just a shopping destination. We anticipate hundreds of families coming out to enjoy the holiday activities and get some Christmas shopping done!

We would love to include everyone, but venue space is limited. We also prefer to avoid product overlap in any one category so that each vendor has a chance to be successful. Please understand this as we reply to each one of your applications.

Payment forms will be sent out once you are notified of acceptance. Pricing and options are listed in the application below. A response confirming your commitment to the event dates and full payment is required to hold your spot. Partial refunds may be given for any cancellations made 14 days in advance.

Holiday Mart Vendor Application

  • This can be the business website, etsy shop, facebook page, etc. We are wanting to see pictures of your product so if you do not have a website to link please be willing to provide photos.
  • Tell us about your business and products!
  • Ex: $25-$100 ; All soaps are $16 ; etc.
  • Event gates open at 4pm and close at 9pm each day. Vendors that choose all three days of a session will be given higher priority.
