What is Imagine Argentine Youth Social Entrepreneurship Program?


Imagine Argentine is a four-week youth social entrepreneurship program that will help you find ways to make a difference in your community.

During the first week, we look at our own individual stories and listen to others.  This process set us up to work as a team and to be able to better share thoughts and ideas.  Week two, we look outward towards the community, identifying places of joy and pain.  We then began to understand the complexity of the challenges that face our community and start to identify how they are interconnected with one another. Week three, we narrow down the issues and choose one or two that we are most passionate about.  Then, we begin to dream about what it would look like to work towards making a change. During the final week, we further develop our social venture and solution and pour our energy into forming a story to share about the process we went through over the past month. Most importantly, we learn to share our dreams with a greater community and involve them in the process.  We will learn from locally-owned business owners, explore ideas with community leaders, and spend more than 60 hours together developing our dreams to make our community a better place.

Snack Shack KC was our first venture with four local teens who saw a need in their community for a safe place for their peers to hang out after school. It is now a thriving meeting place for local youth to feel part of their community with their friends in a safe and fun environment.  We now have Boredom Busters and the concept summer spot City Splash.
