Family Fun Options FAQ

What time does the day pass start and end?

Your day pass allows you to enjoy camp from 10am-6pm

If I have a young child do I still need to purchase a day pass for them?

Our admission for Day Passes is for age 3 and older. Age 2 and under is free.

What if I need to change during the day after doing a water activity?

You will get access to a cabin to change, use restrooms, etc. with the purchase of your day passes.

How does payment work? What is the refund policy?

You can make a payment about 1 week before your stay. We will contact you when it is time to make a payment. All family option payments are non refundable.

Since my check-out is not till noon with a cabin (or 4pm with a campsite), am I able to participate in water activities until check-out?

No, your cabin/campsite rental does not automatically give you access to these activities. Please purchase a day pass for that day if you would like to participate in water activities.

Can we bring our pet?

No pets.

How many can stay in one cabin?

16, but they need to be part of one immediate/contiguous family (no friend groups, etc).

What is the sleeping/bed situation?

Most cabins feature four bunk bedrooms and a king-size bedroom. You will need to provide your own bedding.

What do we do about food? What appliances are available to us?

You will need to bring your own food. In the cabins the lower level is set up with a table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker, and dorm size fridge. A fire pit and access to a charcoal grill are also included. Please bring your own charcoal. If you are purchasing a day pass you will have access to the Snack Shop where you can purchase food and drink items.

What is supplied at our campsite?

Each campsite is 20’x20’. You will have access to a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal) and indoor restrooms.

Can I bring my child's friend to camp with us?

Yes. Each child needs to have an adult who is over the age of 18 with them. There needs to be an appropriate child to adult ratio as you are in charge of supervising any kids who come to camp with you.

What kind of protocol is in place while we are there in regard to Covid-19?

In addition to increased sanitization and cleaning protocols, every guest is required to sign a waiver that they have been symptom free and not exposed to the virus in the last 10 days. We will take the temperature of each guest upon check-in. We ask family groups to keep social distance to other groups and are encouraged (but not required) to wear masks when they are indoors.

Will I have access to wifi?

Wifi is accessible in common spaces like the Snack Shop and Activity Center lobby. Some cabins may get wifi depending on location, but it is not a guarantee. Please request password at check-in.

Is fishing and sports equipment provided?

If you would like to fish, you will need to bring your own equipment. We will provide sports equipment.

Do I need to be with my child at all time while at camp?

Yes. While all water activities will have lifeguards, we do require that all children have adult supervision at all times.
