Something To Eat™ KC Citywide Packing Party

Something To Eat™ KC is a hands-on experience that gives participants the opportunity to pack nutritious meals for neighbors facing food insecurity — a growing challenge across our community. In the Kansas City area, 1 in 8 people struggle to access enough food, including 1 in 6 children. Through your efforts, we can help change those numbers — one meal at a time.
Cost: $23 p/person – children 7 years and under are free
We are excited to be partnering with Harvesters – The Community Food Network, a leading hunger relief organization serving 27 counties across northwestern Missouri and northeastern Kansas. This partnership expands meal distribution through Harvesters’ network of local food pantries and organizations while amplifying the event’s visibility and community reach.
Something To Eat KC is more than just a packing event; it’s a chance to serve together, build community, and see the impact of compassion in action. All ages are welcome – children under 7 years old are free – making it a perfect activity for families, youth groups, schools, businesses and church teams.
