Before completing your group reservation form below, please note that all church and nonprofit groups are required to sign a Group Reservation Agreement after submitting this form. This helps ensure your reservation is secure and that we’re aligned on expectations for the summer.

Here’s what you’re committing to:

• Churches and nonprofits only – Group reservations are exclusively for 501(c)(3) organizations, including churches.

• Reservation deposit required – Based on group size (see chart above). Deposits are refundable if at least 75% of reserved spots are filled by March 31, 2026, or can be rolled over to the next year.

• Camper spot commitment – Your reserved number of spots must be confirmed by March 31, 2026; unused spots will be released after that date.

• Volunteer requirement – One adult (age 18+) is required for every 20 campers per gender (overnight) or 1:20 total (Day Camp). All volunteers must complete a background check and required training.

• Volunteer fee – A $250 fee will apply for each required volunteer your group is unable to provide.
