When it comes to conversations with kids about the Bible, it can be a challenge to know where to start, how much to say, and what to do with this complex book.
Join us for an evening with Meredith Miller, author of the new book Wonder: 52 Conversations to Help Kids Fall in Love With Scripture as she shares creative Bible storytelling for kids, fun and engaging conversation prompts for families and key contexual information for adults. You will learn how to talk with your kids about how the story’s original audience would have understood it, so kids can understand the life-giving story the Bible invites us all into.
Meredith will offer practical strategies you can use with any Bible story and shares language to equip parents to talk about what to say when God doesn’t seem to make sense.
These events are presented by Youthfront’s Presence-Centered Parenting and Caregiving Initiative thanks to a grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc.
