Amber serves as community programming director for YF Neighborhood, leading Youthfront’s Something to Eat meal packaging and distribution program along with community and youth development programs in both Argentine (KCKS) and Mexico. Bilingual in Spanish, Amber speaks often to conferences and groups about issues of Christian community development and food insecurity.
President & CEO of Youthfront, Mike brings more than 45 years of ministry experience and leadership. A pastor, author, professor, Christian thinker, and frequent speaker, Mike leads an organization known for its mission to bring youth into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. His book, Presence-Centered Youth Ministry, re-envisioned a theological approach to youth ministry and the embrace of classical Christian practices. His doctoral dissertation, Presence-Centered Spirituality: Living With Resonance in the Secular Age, charts a path forward for the Church to recover passionate life with Jesus in the midst of our current cultural realities.
Senior Director for YF Neighborhood, Kurt develops and leads learning and service experiences for youth, adults and church groups. He oversees the youth social entrepreneurship program as well as YF Neighborhood experiences in both Argentine (KCKS) and Mexico. Bilingual in Spanish, Kurt is an author and frequent speaker on Christian community development in under resourced communities.
Senior Director of Family Ministries, Jamie is an author, speaker and Licensed Professional Counselor who also serves as lead therapist for Youthfront’s affiliate, Presence-Centered Counseling. Jamie is a frequent speaker for churches and groups about mental health, parenting and family issues. Recent topics include “The Four Seasons of Parenting,” “Presence-Centered Parenting,” “Anxiety in Our Kids,” and “Secrets of the Teenage Brain.”
Matt serves as the Senior Director of Camps. A youth pastor and ministry leader, Matt is a published game designer and expert in developing unique experiences for students. A scholar in the theology of play, Matt is a speaker and consultant to churches, schools and libraries on game theory, escape games, puzzle hunts and other experiential learning.
