Guide participants at packing tables to ensure meals are prepared correctly and efficiently. Help move pallets of raw materials, transport boxes of packed meals, or assist participants where needed.

You’ll warmly welcome everyone as they arrive. Greet attendees, answer questions, check them in, and help get people where they need to go. Once all guests have arrived for their session, you will float to other areas of the event that need assistance.

Help us create a memorable day for our youngest participants! Assist in hosting fun, engaging activities for kids who can’t directly participate in the packing activities.
Childcare/Children’s Ministry experience preferred.

Assist Operations team in unloading supplies, setting up packing area, and getting space ready for the event.
*Must be able to lift over 40+ pounds.
