Reserve space to host your group at Youthfront Camp!

Why bring your group to Youthfront?

We Love Groups!

They say “the more, the merrier,” and at camp, that’s really true! Youthfront is the perfect experience for your youth group, sports team or scout group. Make memories – together – that last a lifetime.

Pricing Just For You

Take advantage of our special discounted rate for groups only. Once you reserve, we’ll provide you a unique code for your group to use when registering.

Waitlists? Nope!

Groups have priority on session dates, so bypass the wait lists and register for the week that works best for your campers.

Small Group Bonding

Campers registered in a group are placed together in the same cabin (overnight camp) or small group (Day Camp). Strengthen your group’s bond and enjoy all the fun of camp together.

STEP 1

Reserve your spots!

Making a reservation enables you to give us an approximate number of spots to save for your campers on the session you choose. *New for 2025: Groups of ALL sizes lock in our Super Early-Bird pricing (up to $50 off Standard Pricing) for each of your campers, regardless of when they register.

STEP 2

Recruit your campers

Once you’ve completed your reservation, you will be given a Group ID to share with families. It is very important that this Group ID is used by your students when they register for camp. Your Group ID ensures that all of your campers are grouped together in cabins or small groups during your session of camp and also ensures that they receive the Super Early Bird price. As the camp season approaches, Youthfront will provide Group Leaders with regular communication and promotional materials to share with families to help them get registered for your session.

STEP 3

Secure your adult volunteers

Your adult volunteers get to experience camp at no charge! Each adult volunteer you bring is paired with one of our trained full-time summer staff and functions as an additional caring adult during your session. For overnight camp, all groups are required to bring a minimum of one adult Volunteer Cabin Leader per gender. For Day Camp, groups are required to bring a minimum of one volunteer and an additional volunteer for over 16 campers.

FAQ

We will be in touch with Group Leaders in March to let you know how many spots you still have available. After March 31, we will take back any unused spots and open them up to the public. If there is still room in the session after the March 31 deadline, your students can continue to register but run the risk of being on the waiting list.

Submit a completed group reservation form and our camp office will be in touch with you as soon as possible. There is a reservation fee to hold your spots. If you fill at least 75% of the original reservation, you will receive the deposit back after your session of camp. You may also choose to roll over that deposit to make a reservation for the following summer. We recommend submitting your reservation by the end of January to help you get the spaces in the camp session you want. After that date, session space becomes more limited.

At Camp West, each cabin holds 16 campers with 2 cabin leaders. At Camp LaCygne, each cabin holds 20 campers with 2 cabin leaders.

Each group has between 10-16 day campers along with at least two Day Camp Staff.

Yes. For overnight camp, all groups are required to bring a minimum of one adult Volunteer Cabin leader per gender. For Day Camp, groups are required to bring a minimum of one volunteer and an additional volunteer for over 16 campers.

All adult volunteers must be 18 or older and pass a background check. Volunteers are paired with our trained staff, so we just ask that volunteers have a heart for kids. We’ll provide you with the information your volunteers will need about their role at camp, what to expect and what to bring/pack for your session.

Campers enjoy free time as well as cabin and group activities during their session. You can view last year’s schedules here. When finalized, the current year’s schedules will be posted in the Youthfront app. Schedules may be adjusted due to weather.

Day Camp: Day Campers typically arrive at Camp LaCygne at 9am. Campers spend the morning enjoying water activities (pool, waterslide, Splash Park, Blob and lake). Campers gather for chapel time at 11:45 and then eat lunch in the dining hall. After lunch, campers have chapel time and then rotate through small group activities, games and crafts exploring the theme of the Bible story.

Along with the check, please include a list with the names of the campers you would like to pay for and the amount you want to apply towards their balance. This enables us to apply the amount to each account before the final email information goes out to the parents regarding outstanding balances.
