CAMP BUCKS REFUND

If your camper has remaining Camp Bucks in their account at the end of the session, you have two options:

  1. Complete the form below to request a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Check refunds will not be issued for amounts under $5.
  2. Do nothing to help meet important needs at camp. Any remaining Camp Bucks will be automatically donated to support essential camp ministry expenses, including costs related to college staff, adult volunteers, and unexpected repairs and operations. Registration fees do not cover the full cost of camp, so this gap is made possible through generous donations.

Note: Promotional and complimentary Camp Bucks are not eligible for refunds. All refund requests must be submitted by August 31; after that date, any remaining funds will be automatically donated to support camp ministry.
