Teen Staff serve at Youthfront’s two camp locations in a variety of roles. As youth leaders, Teen Staff model service for younger campers, help prepare & serve meals, keep camp sparkling clean, lifeguard, lead camp games and service projects. AND do all the fun stuff that makes Youthfront Camp so great!
Teen Staff live, work and worship together in their own community each week at camp. You can sign up and serve for multiple weeks and alumni who’ve completed their junior year can apply to serve as Teen Staff Leaders. You’ll become a tight knit, strong community like no other and a bond that lasts long after camp ends.
The Teen Staff community is unique and places a high value on putting Christ at the center and others before ourselves. The unofficial Teen Staff mantra is “backseat middle” … taking the least comfortable or desired seat. It’s how Teen Staff model sacrificial love, service and care for one another.
As a member of the Teen Staff community, high schoolers have the chance to attend Teen Staff gatherings during the school year, serve as volunteers at Youthfront events like fundraisers, and join us for fall or spring weekend retreats. Grow spiritually in a supportive community.
