These get togethers are meant as a way for you to have good food, honest conversation and (hopefully) some good laughs.

There’s no pressure to “be” any which way. The goal is to feel comfortable among other youth workers who understand what youth ministry is really like. 

Absolutely! They are welcome to join. 

Yes, we all understand the need for confidentiality. That said, we can’t guarantee it (we’re not passing out NDAs), so use good judgment on what you share. And of course, if you’d rather speak one-on-one with someone, let us know. 

Sure. Go where it fits your schedule. Miss your usual one? Try another that month. Want to bounce between two? Go for it. These are here to serve you, not tie you down.

No, all traditions are welcome. Volunteers, interns, and next-gen leaders belong here too.
