The Senior Leadership program is designed for students who are ready to go above and beyond, leaving Teen Staff better than they found it. From helping lead your peers and taking on additional responsibilities to contributing ideas before the summer even begins, Senior Leaders play an important role in shaping the culture of Teen Staff.
As a leader, you help build community, support younger staff, and model what it looks like to serve with humility, creativity, and leadership. You play an important part in making camp a place where everyone can belong, grow in their faith, and thrive.
Senior Leaders take on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the year. Including:

Senior Leaders embrace the “Back Seat Middle” lifestyle, putting them at the heart of Teen Staff. Beyond the summer, they’re invited to finish their senior year at events while helping the next class of leaders step into their role.
“Working with the Senior Leaders is a total highlight of my summers spent at camp. I’m honored to be able to work alongside them for their final year of Teen Staff before they join our Summer Staff community.” – Kopaska
